Why do I get so mad at video games online?

I take it TOO personally when someone pwn’s me and I know I should’nt, but thats how it makes me feel even when Im aware of it..how do I circumvent my brains ‘hardwiring’??
Now its always been this way and I want to enjoy playing with other people..but this always ruins it for me.
I tried ‘taking a breath’ ‘chillin out’ but its not enough.
Im talking especially about Battlefield 2 Team Fortress 2 games I get the most angry about. I love those games but cant play them for very long before it ruins my day.

My time and get stressed which means that while playing just look at him as some idiot feeling proud.
