I don’t think your internet connection is running at 100 mbps. Check you internet speed at
I think what you believe is your internet connection is actually your Local Area Network. This is your connection to your own internal network through your router. Your real connection is probably much slower.

it could be that or you have
-Low RAM
-graphic card is not that good
-low virtual memory.
-not enough free space on hard drive
