I bought the netgear wgr614 wireless router and it works fine. however I tried playing smash bros brawl online and the images lag and it moves in slow motion. I don’t know it the router has enough speed to work well. is this a good router or do I need to get another one

yes. that’s normal lag if you are on DSL. DSL doesn’t properly distribute bandwidth across multiple networked machines. If you had Cable you would be experiencing no bandwidth issues.. But if all your neighbors have cable.. .then.. it would be horrid! LOL.. But other than that, it’s normal for a game to skip or lag from time to time.. Also, with Nintendo, they tend to balance everyone out no matter what their bandwidths are… So if you have High Speed and is playing against someone with 56k you will be slowed down to match that 56k connection….
