I play Call Of Duty 4 and Halo 3 online all of the time, and I always hear people talking about their kill/death ratios. What does this mean? Thanks!

It is the number of people you killed vs the amount of times you died.

A good kill/death ratio is one where the kills are higher than the amount of times you died eg. 105/25

It’s the amount of kills you have compared to the amount of how many deaths you have, dividing the number of deaths into the number of kills.

For example: If you have 10 kills and 2 deaths you have a 5.0 KD ratio.
