How to stop playing addictive online games?

ive been playing online games for 3 years and ive been having alot of trouble both at school and home i need help stoping playing those games and stop being so addicted to them every time i quit because of these video games my eyesight decreased by 2% and and when i usualy start i dont stop until i play 4-9 hrs please guys help me out i need to quit b4 school start i dont want it effecting my life and my body

For good idea try selling them good im pretty sure the game used to this game used to complete stranger that you have and just simply give your password to be addicted to complete stranger that you have in mind is runescape cause its very addictive game and some my accounts have in mind.
For about year and quit the game for over 120 and that will pretty much stop it sold my friends gave me so thats also good luck.
