Selphis asked:

When i’m hosting online games for 3-4 player on various games, everyone has a very high ping, and has very bad lag…when i play in someone elses server, everything is fine.

Who here has suggestions as to improve my computer for better online video game hosting?

The inside or if have crappy router or if have wireless maybe there is linksys which is alot of stuff in the inside or if you and your router then getting new one would fix.

    u need a fast computer,
then u need a very fast internet connection
    20 mbps or something

then if ur on a router
remember to open all important ports
    so people can connect easily

try buying a wireless router that supports online gameplay…
dont get routers that say G on it, its not going to give you as much power as you want it to. you may want to go with a N version or a N2 version that supports enhanced online play
