Pogo.com - You have to sign up, but they have a lot of cool games that you can play with or against other people from around the world, and its all free. The signup button is at the top of the screen.
Addictinggames.com - lots of fun online games, no downloading or demos.
Shockwave.com - Pretty much like addictinggames.

I like Miniclip.com
Addictinggames.com has so many pop-ups and innapropriate games. I don’t recommend it.
